Christmas as calamity.
International theater artist Taylor Mac -- 2017 MacArthur Fellow and Pulitzer Prize finalist -- takes on the holidays at the Ancram Opera House in the latest installment of the artist's Obie Award-winning A 24-Decade History of Popular Music project.
Celebrating the holiday season in all of its dysfunction, Taylor Mac will be joined by longtime collaborators, costume designer Machine Dazzle and music director Matt Ray, to reframe the songs you love and the holidays you hate.
